Focus community certificate given and joined in bank jobs

One of the person who got job in bank and working till date, He has given focus community certificate SC/St instead of Actual BC.

1.Case going on longer years- no result, pending.

2 How can we improve the case to get punishment for the fradaulant person.

3. i am havinng the Original Comm.certificate of his wife who is really to belongs Backward community

4. How do find the cause no in high court

5.How to write to the bank and get the fradaulant person details of the cause no

6. iam purely afftected person for his fraudaulat person.

You can seek certified copies from any Public Sector undertaking through RTI Act and can file complaint and seek information on action taken on your complaint including taking disciplinary action and criminal action.

After equipping yourselves with all documentary evidence under RTI Act, you can finally complain to Bank in on line grievance portal followed by hard copy through Regd post and finally file writ before jurisdictional HC for directions to banki.
