A land owner made agreement with a developer to develop commercial cum residential 5 storied building in the land of landowner with 50:50 joint venture ratio. After a verbal discussion between developer & land owner regarding 50% flat, shop allocation choice between them now developer prepared site plan of the project and land owner intends to make a written flat/shop allocation agreement which was verbally decided between them.
I will be very grateful if anybody can provide me such sample draft copy of flat/shop allocation agreement of joint venture agreement.
