A Company Floating and running it/ Rendering Services is Commercial activity - if the Doctor / Lawyer operating his office /clinic in his individual professional capacity , it is not commercial activity-
Generally Commercially activities s are not allowed in Residential Apartments / Flats- subject to Building Society Bey Laws !
