I''m looking for a purchasing of 2flat in a building (G+3) each floor consist of 1BHK which is 4 year old.Ground and 1st floor is occupied by the builder brother. and other 2 are on Sale.
The builder is having OC,CC and all the project approval documents with him and also home loan is possible.
I have following questions.
1.) Should i purchase such property?
2.) Due to 4 flats no society will formed, and Land will be in the name of builder/owner itself will there be any risk involved. What documents should i prepare to that in furture i should not catch builder for Resale/redevelopment.
It will be great if you could provide me the guidance.
