Flat Agreement

Dear Experts,

Let me know whether Flat Agreement is possible before builder get NA. Or Agreement should be done after getting NA.

Agrrement can be entered into. However., the same can not be registered being of an agricultural land. It can be termed as a simple agreement wherein it can be stipulated that upon NA permission having been obtained by Builder, parties can proceed ahead for a conveyance.

No, It is not possible Flat Agreement before N.A. U done Agreement after N.A Permission.

Nothing stops you in entering into an agreement but the registrar will refuse to register it without NA permission, you may also find it difficult in obtaining loan from banks, there is a possibility that you may risk your investment and loose money.
