WHAT WILL BE THE EFECT OF 20TH JANUARY GUJARAT HIGHCOURT JUDGEMENT FOR FIXED SALARY TO REGULAR SALARY PAYING?

WILL IT BE APPLICABLE TO OLD EMPLOYEES ALSO?
