First appeal vs. Appeal from Order

A district court passes a decree order. Does one have the right to appeal the ordered decree? If so would the appeal be filable as a First Appeal or as an Appeal from Order? Please explain your rationale and/or justification. Thank you

If appeal is allowed or dismissed then against that second appeal lies to the high court.  If any interium order is passed on any application and if you want to challenge that order you will have to file a writ in the high court.
