FIR u/s 498a cancelled by police and now i want to file

FIR filed by my wife against me and my parents and married sisters was cancelled by police , it's yet lying in SP office for about 1 year to go to court Now wife has filed a case u/s 9 against me ? What can I do now ? Does filing case back on her u/s 182 will help
