In FIR wife has menshioned following: brief are like this;
complaint recieved by post letter in PS. <<<<<name and address of my In-laws home>>>>>>. I married in 2004 according to sikh ceramoney. my in laws are greedy type from starting so they ask me to bring dowary and ask me to give plots , car etc. . My In laws played trick with me they has dispossessioned their son and we went on rent from last two year and we are living sepratly. my husband has left with my child few days before and it seems he is living with his parents. he said he is member of <<name some political party>>>and he can kill me and my family. please give him punishment.
Police put 498a, 120b and 406 added later on.
actually police did call my parents but they did't tell about this new application of my wife they said it isold women cell file .( that was in our favour). and then they did't call us .
they give article in news paper to call me and my parents and after passing that period this FIR was launched.
*the address they used for me and my parents it is wrong becouse that is my rental address and my parents live on seprate address.
**they stated in FIR that i left with my child few days back but i left with my child around 7 months back.on that time i have and affidavite given to executive magistrate in which i stated that my in laws are giving threats to me for filling criminal case and kill .
How can i do right enquiry to state right circumstances. I.e any deptt who can do enquiry .
