Fir , chargesheet in regional language - translation to eng

Respected Lawyers/members,

Could you tell me the process to convert FIR /Chargesheet contents in Eng from Telugu which will be treated as an official approved translation by Court in a different state.

FIR/Chargesheet is filed in State A ( Language Telugu)  and  a case needs to be filed in State B ( which requires FIR/Chargesheet to be in Eng) so need to know in State B court what process or which people can help out to do this official approved translation so that Judge will approve it while filing the petition.

In high court you may find translaterv so you can get the papers translated.

When a judgment given by a lower court is to be appealed against in a High Court, it is mandatory to give an English translation by the court itself. I do not know what is the law with regard to Police. Even if you file something and copy of the chargesheet is to be filed along with in the High Court in the same State an English translation is mandatory.

Every transaltion filed before any judicial forum is accompanied by a declaration that the same is true transaltion so u can certify the same after geeting the same translated from any person!
