FIR is just an information to police and only after investigation Chargesheet is filed. It is formal and right

The charge sheet is valid. FIR is only meant to move the investigating agency. Charge sheet is one filed after investigation.

The charge sheet is filed after completion of investigation. Now, it w;d be the court who may frame the charges in total after going thru. The court may delete and / or alter the charges all depend on the investigation made by the police and the  prosecution witnessed etc.

FIR is like a general information you are giving to the investigating agency , the police etc. And after the investigation the information given by you , they will slap the charges after getting substantial evidence againt the accused and chargesheet will be filed before the court.
