FIR against unknown GRP of NJP railway station

A passenger travelling through New Jalpaiguri (NJP) railway station was subjected to harassment and had their mobile phone damaged by a Government Railway Police (GRP) officer. The incident occurred because the passenger removed their mask to drink water. The passenger is questioning who should be held responsible for the damages, suggesting the GRP officer is at fault as one cannot drink water while wearing a mask.
