As per your query, I would like to enlighten you about about few basic but crucial concepts and facts of law, which are mentioned below ---

1.) FIR (First Information Report) never means that u r Guilty.

2.) If you're arrested by police officers then it becomes the responsibility of police to take you for the exam.

3.) Most probably, at the time of joining your case would be winded-up.
However, if it's not closed, then it won't be such a big trouble, it would lead to Delay in Joining.

The matter that decides you're eligibility in Job is all dependent on the Judgment passed by the Court.
Thus, you're not entitled for the job only if you're convicted by the court, but if not, then you're all freely set to join the job you've applied for (including Govt. jobs).

What is the reason you were added in the FIR?  if you freed from the Case then no issues for join the job
