Hi Sir, I have filed case U/s 200,420,406,506, R/S 34 in the Court in Dec-2014 and court order for Investigation. After that Police Registered FIR on 7 persons but they didn’t arrested and relatives of accused threatening me to withdraw case. I want to add some other names to FIR . Is it possible to add other names to FIR if so what is the procedure. Please advise. Thanks for ur time.

why you want to add a few names why not implicated earlier

if you want to add more persons file petition under 319 crpc, in the court along with necessary documents. Purely discretion of the court.
