Hi,
How do I find the allotment value of a property developed by MHADA under Redvelopment Scheme? I want the value by a Government officer. Valuation by a Government Recognised valuator will defer from one to the other.Ready reckoner value not valid as value considered is for a zone not for a particular property. I did file an RTI with the Deputy Cheif Officer,M.B.R.R Board at Mhada,Bandra but they said they dont calculate the value of property.

Valuation of the building will be made by the Civil Engineer. You can ask for the Chief engineer of MHADA

Would I find the Chief engineer of MHADA at Bandra or Dadar ?
