If i give money about rs.20,00,000 with some intrest and i have 2-3 cheques and a signed bond then the person i gave money commit suicide after writing suicide note against me then what can i do. and what step can i take before she take any step against me regarding harrasement if he /she is neither giving back my money nor paying my intrest.
