I had resigned from Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals (GSK) from September 2013, but till now I did n`t get the final settlement from the company. Now they are not at all responding to my mails also. Please advise me , How to approach the Labour court ...

What was your designation and nature of duties?
Was your resignation accepted in writing?
Did you submit company property/handover of charge under proper acknowledgment?
Has company supplied you acceptance of resignation, service certificate, relieving letter, FnF statement and did you accept it, PF number/account slips, ESIC card...........................NOC/NDC etc?

Instead of sending emails, better send a letter by registered post to the company demanding your dues, on receipt of reply, decide further course of legal action.
