Dear Learned Memmbers,
Suit for Partition was filed by the plaintiff. After decree plaintiff filed final decree, then plaintiff came to know some properties were left. Whether in final decree proceedings remaining properties which were not added in the partition suit can be added? If any judgments plese let me know.

No it is not possible to add new schedule property in cause title pageof the plaint because it will change the nature of suit sought for partition in persuance of priliminary decree ,you may correct words ,figures and any arithmatical error in decree by filing a petition u/s 151 and 152 cpc..
