Proseciution/PLAINTIFF/ AND DEFENCE/DEFENDANTPLAINTIFFS  SIDE ARGUES AND DEFENDANT SIDE COUNTER ARUES AFTER THE EVIDENE IS  PRESNTED   BEFORE THECOURT BY BOTH SIDES   FINAL ARGUM,ENTS  FROM BOTH SIDES  COMMENCES.   AFTER EXAMINING EVIDENCE AND ARGUMENTS ON BOTH SIDES COURT MAY EITHER PRONOUNCES JUDGMENT OR RESERVES ITS JUDGMETN TO A LETER DATE.iF YOU APPRECIATE THIS AMSWER PLEASE GIVEME ALL MY PROILE LIKES.
