Filming in a rented property

If someone lives in a rented property, can they shoot some scenes of a movie there? Is permission from the landlord and housing society is needed?

Thank you for your question

According to me Yes you have to take permission from your Landlord and neighbours to avoid future consequences.\

Hope this will help you

Best regards.

It depends upon muscle power of tenant ,owner and, housing society not law.or permission.

1. shooting is a commercial activity,

2. legally, permission is required, if not mentioned in the rent agreement
