Filing of say on exh

Hello,

My wife has filed a case against but no summons have been served me yet. The court website says summons return, now the status has been updated to FILING OF SAY ON EXH._____(UNREADY). I have no idea what does that mean?

Can any one please help.

Summons could not be served. The case is now at the stage of filing the written statement. Consult and engage a lawyer to prepare your defence.

Its simple u appear before the Court and file the application stating that the summons have not been served upon me be but then too i am appearing before this Court and filing my written statement and engage a lawyer. Adv P S Thakkar, Dahanu Court, 09226706015....

Hello sir I am outside India for work and cannot attend the court. Previously my wife did lodge a police complaint for getting gold and all in that case an application was send to my place and we did appear for the same. Now I have not been served a single summon and also i am not in country. please advice,
