Filing of pil

Dear Sirs/Madams,

I want to file a PIL regarding banning of the floating interest rates on Home loans as it anti people. But I am not a lawyer. AM I qualified to file a PIL?

Do I need to be a lawyer to argue the case?

My background is I am a victim of floating interest on Home loan where for the past 10 yrs I have been paying EMI regularly but the principle is still the same. The interest already paid me is as much as the loan amount itself.

What do I do? please advice.

regards,

You can  file PIL as party in person. I.e. you himself can file the matter and argu the matter.

You can also file it through Lawyer.

But I don't think court will interfere in this issue of EMI, Interest

if you are not a lawyer and have substantive matter of public interest then you can be provided amicus -curies who is a court appointed lawyer called court's friend
