Filing objections

Experts,

I am the respondent in a Criminal Revision Petition   filed by my wife in the High Court against dismissal of a Domestiv Violence case by the Srssions Court.

The case has been addmitted.

Is it true that for filing OBJECTIONS permission from judge has to be taken?

OR I can file my OBJECTIONS now.

Regards.

You have to respond to her appeal petition with your answers for her appeal point by point to the appeal court. It is not called objections.
