I have filed a petition for restiution for conjugal rights under section since its over a period of 10 months present, i came to know that supreme court judgement have given if a wife and husband are not living to gether for more than six months then i may file for a second marriage and which sections i do not now, i request the experts to guide since I am a muslim what articles or section are applied for second marriage I request to guide in this matter since i am staying in a area where there is no muslim lawyers and most of the lawyers are not aware about the muslim laws
