Procedure for Filing a representative suit under CPC R.8 of O.1 against Muncipal Corporation in Local court on behalf of 3 people who has same interest of seeking relief from Muncipal corporation to fill up Potholes, of roads of A city?
1) Is it possible?
2) Jurisdiction of court (junior division, sinior division, etc)
3) Don't want to go to High court to seek relief, only local court (cite any precedent other than highcourt's judgement)

yes it is possible when all the three have common cause you file suit., filing depends upon the jurisdiction,court of civil judge,(junior division),u cannot go to high court directly.
