File memo of calculation and served the same on respondent before hearing date

Hi,

Referring to the subject, I have been asked to file the memo of calculation before appearing to the court. This is in RERA court towards a refund from builder

Please help with the format.

Thank you. But this is so complicated. Can you pls help with which exactly needs to be referred? And some insight on what exactly is this procedure? I presumed it to be a 1-page document to declare the amount of claim I wish to put on the Respondent/Builder.
