File case against post on compassionate grounds in pspcl

Sir/ Mam, my father expired in june 2018. He was employee at pspcl as JE. I get job on compassionate grounds as ldc. I hold degree of mtech. Can i file case against post given to me, despite of mtech degree i got ldc post?

No. Compassionate appointment will be given to surviving the family of the deceased employees and according to the vacancies also.  If you have not satisfied you have to request the Government concerned.  But I opine your request may not be considered.

You have no claim for any other post based o higher qualification.  You can keep competing for proper appointment.

 

By the way in the present senerio even PG boys are joining as MTS (earlier called peon) after duly competing in the exam.  Some Btech boys can be seen working as LDC.

MTS: Isn't only Peon, but Multi Task Staff (which is D catagory).

 

earlier post of peon has been classified now as MTS which is no more a Gp-D post and now it has got a lot of charter of duties.
