FIR. 498a ,506,3/4 dp act and same Has been lodge and chargesheet was submitted by police ,
Family member who are involved got regular bail and nbw has been issued by session court against husband,husband applied u/s 482 in allhabad high court ,husband is a government servant so my question is ,
1..Can i apply anticipatory bail in session court and allahabad hight court while my mediation is pending in allahabad court ( court stayed the arrest till mediation is over)
2..what would happen mediation would get failed .
3..if a muslim person being a central govt employees remarried without decree of divorce granted by court ,what action can be taken against the person by court or by department concern ( as the muslim man can marry more than one )
