I am from Bangalore. I want to sue a Online store for false promises and cheating customer. I had following incidences
1. It says that product will be delivered in 21 days but it's more than 45 days they haven't delivered.
2. Called up 10 times to their customer care number but no proper updates. No date promised.
3. When asked for cancellation they claim it takes 10 days. I don't understand when we buy it takes 1 days to deduct money but cancellation takes 10 days.
Can I sue them on the above inconvenience? This is definitely a customer harashment and if we don't take action on such practices it will be mushrooming around.
I want to send them a legal notice and claim damages. Please suggest.
Also share contact number of any lawyer who will be intersted with this.
