Fees of divorce lawyer

Can anyone please tell me what will be the fees of a lawyer, if we are doing the mutual consent divorce. we want to have speedy process and without any hassle

it depends upon the lawyers grade and status. so it vary from lawyer to lawyer

There is no fixed fees,it is vary from lawyer to lawyer,you should better to contact with a local lawyer.

To which place you belong.........My Dear??? You have to Bargain with u'r Local Lawyer.

Consult at least 5-6 local lawyers and bargain with them and get to know their standing in the market . Accordingly decide .Go through some judgements on Divorce and accordingly where you feel your terms have not been projected tell your lawyer to incoporate the same since later on you should not have issues.

If you go formula will be always unhappy.

Take an example for NI 138 cases of chque bounce there is normal practice of convictions and unless major flaws cases get settled only at higher courts even for small amounts. So it is the skill of the advocate to churn the case at trial level so that complainant is fully exhausted . So here fees will not be for amount of cheque but for the time taken. CLEAR SIR.

Same is applicable for all types of cases, the fees will depend on how much and at what time period one can legally harrass the other side.

You yourself can do it for free. The lawyer would charge anywhere between 5K - 50K for the same.

can u tell me that i m indian and my wife is from argentina and we r going to live in india and she want to buy one flate in india in new delhi wat kind of document she need to buy the house and also we r not register our marrige in india so only we register the married in court of argentina please suggest me wat can i do .

@Ravidener Singh: Don't engage a lawyer. Mutual Consent divorce is form based. Fill the form file it before the judge,wait for 6 months and appear before the judge and get your statements recorded which in slang would be something like "WE STILL WANT TO GET RID OF EACH OTHER". Judge will order accordingly. AND LO BEHOLD, you will get rid of each other. You both celebrate this great event with RASGULLAS and say TA TA to each other for good.
