The schools in navi mumbai have been charging exorbitant fees as always and also the parents are required to pay the entire sum in 2 installments.yesterday delhi high court heard a PIL from parents against private schools in delhi and issued a directive that they can only demand 1 month fees in advance for the next session.This order is passed in accordance with the delhi education act.
MY question now:Do we have any such act in maharashtra which regulates the fees and also any guidelines whether they should be charging lump sum for the whole year or not .
I am considering filing a PIL in the high court .Please help
