DOES any one have any GR / Circular / Guidelines / Judgment on the methodolgy to be applied to levy / distribute expenses of the federal society on the member society and/or the individual members ....
Would appreciate all inputs and sharing of documents

Sharing system in vogue.If coop.society thr managing committee decides.Further itndepends on theprevailinng rates in respective area.So far I know there is no court judgements since it is the prorogative of.the local body.

1. In matter of VENUS Society matter, the Mumbai HC, has decided that "ALL" expenses, shall be EQUALLY levied to the members.

Membership of a Federation of Housing Societies is voluntary and not compulsory.
The housing societies willing to join the federation shall have to pay for their share, as agreed.
Member Strength 9,47,914 and growing..
