Hi, Branch manager changed interest rate on my FDs by 1% and when I complained to him he said he will compensate me for the loss but it has been almost six months now and he did not compensate me and he keeps saying I will do it, I will do it, don't worry. In August, he changed interest rate again 1% lower, now I will have 2% lower interest payout on my FDs. When I complained to him he said it's corporate people doing it and he will talk to them but it's been end of month now, I went to bank five times this month and he keeps saying he will change it, he will change it but doesn't do anything. What should I do?
