Father property- daughter's share

My father own's a residential property. Myself and  my sister (married 3 years back) are two children to our parents. My survival mother and my father residing in this own house.

My father does not write a will for this property.

Do i get 100% heir rights to this property ?

Will my sister who is married will get a share in this property.

What about my mother's position/share in this property?

Please advice.

In the absence of any WILL  by your father,  the property shall have 3 equal shares of you,  your mother and your sister.

Why do you wish that your sisters shoud not get any share and your mother.?There is no difference between you, your sister and your mother.
