respected sir a father has given share in agricultural lands in oral partition to his 2 sons through second wife who had become second during subsistence of first wife to her husbend now can it be said that if property is alloted to illegal sons by partition is the property of illegal sons because it is alloted during life time of father. and question of sucession and right of inheritance to illegal sons can't be questioned by sibilings of first wife

If it is ancestral property then file suit for partition in civil court against him.
