Fate of Revision after Trial Started
Revision against the charges Filed in DJ u/s 399 CrPC but before it could be taken up for hearing, the trial started. To be more precise the prosecution witness started deposing.
What will be the fate of the revision?
Can it still continue to be heard or it has become infructuous?

Move a stay petition before the revision court

On deciding revision petition the trial will commence, if the DJ thinks it is frivolous petition, it may dismiss the same.
