If any 'Fatal Accident' occurs in the manufacturing unit what are the legal works we have to observe ? If the local people agrees 'Out of Court' for settlement. Is it valied.

NO. As per workmen compensation act the compensation is to be deposited with Compensation commissioner which will be worked out based on the age factor formula mentioned in the act.
