Family property dispute.

Sir (s). HUF. Father brother sister partitioned/ registered ancestral property without my knowledge/ presence/ signature. Now under Hon' Court's discretion. Meanwhile brother trying to sell his purported share (which is also subjudice). What can i do prevent him from attempting to sell his improper share. Respects & Regards Sir (s). Thanks

Quick Summary
A dispute has arisen regarding ancestral property partition within a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF). The father, brother, and sister allegedly partitioned and registered the property without the original poster's knowledge or consent. The matter is now with the Hon' Court, and the brother is attempting to sell his purported share, which is also sub judice. The advice given is to file a partition suit in civil court against all family members and seek an injunction to prevent the sale of the disputed property until the court's decision. A legal notice and paper advertisement may also be issued.

File partition suit in the court concerned by approaching a local advocate.

You have to file a partition suit in civil court against your father, brother and sister and also have to seek injunction against all of them and get restrained them not to sale and transfer the disputed property till the decision of. Court.

Contact a local advocate, and he may issue first a notice on your behalf seeking such partition and also paper advertisement informing your share.   Partition suit, injunction follows after suchnotice.
