I am yonger son of my parent, I have 2 elder brothers and 2 elder sister. We all were married. Last month my father died.
My middle brother went at the age of 25 years in my uncle's family as caretaker where they have no child, he married and live life as our neighbour. There is no such legal documents related to adoption. They only did registration ( I didnt any knowledge and they venot any papers yet)
Now proble starts when property partition began, my elder brother doesnt any interest to give him any parts of my parental as well as maternal property.
Sisters are viewed that all property divided in three parts and take responsibily of my mother.
I am working in Bangalore and little scope for go frequently and solve the matter.
My elder brother working in village panchayat and have influence in tahasil and acted village headman.
I always support to give everybody same and equally share of my parents property.
What are my possible options to get my problem solve? Kindly help.
