family pension

respected seniors.. please clarify on the following situation..... A govt. employee (aided school)retired in 2008..getting family pension..spouse expired in 2015.. if he married again...will his new spouse will get /eligible for family pension... regards...Chandra

No Chandra ji since you have already given your first wife name as your nominee and she died then ther is no question of second wife become eligible for other benefit.

Government employee is restricted from doing more than one marriage.
