Dear Sir/Madam,
My family members not support for getting Legal Heir Certificate after my Father died.
And not suuport for Partition the family land ( Grand Father land).
Any remedy available i alone apply legal heir certificate without my family menbers.
Please share your suggestion for resolve the problem.

The application without the signature of the other legal heirs for obtaining legal heirship certificate may not be entertained by the revenue department.
However you can file a suit for partition on your own by impleading others as defendants.
