4.A DIVORCED WIFE LIVED SEPERATELY FROM HER HUSBAND AFTER THE DIVORCE.WHEN SHE APPLIED FOR MAINTENANCE IT WAS CONTENDED BY THE HUSBAND THAT NO MAINTENANCE COULD BE CLAIMED BY HER SINCE SHE WAS LIVING SEPERATELY BY MUTUAL CONSENT.PLS GIV AN APPROPRIATE DECISION WITH REFERENCE TO SECTIONS OF CRPC?

Even if any undertaken even then wife is entitled to claim maintenance and there are various citations in this support.
