family issue

I'm Praveen .I have a younger brother. I got my father's job and my brother got my father's house. now he is arguing about job and he wants to some amount in my salary. I want to case file on it. is it favorable on my side?

He cannot legally ask any portion of your salary.

Even if he is going on asking, you better keep quiet and don't give. He will not be able to do anything.

You don't have to initiate any case in this regard.

If your mother is getting her pension, she need not share it with anybody (including you). If any of the major son/daughter create any problem, she can get the protection from the Court under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act (Senior Citizens Act), 2007.
