This is the different case of its type. The property belongs to parents. The property is in nameof mother. Father does not entertain his son and has kicked out from the house along with his wife and a small daughter. Nephew of the father stays and entertains the entire property. Mother has a soft corner for the son, daughter in law and small child, but father does not want to entertain the son and his family. Instead he is been motivated by the nephew and so wish to give the property to him.
what shall be done in this case? what shall be the action of the son? kindly advice.
