My matter which is running and clubbed together in Family Court in specific Court # & judge for divorce (filed by me) and maintenance (filed by her); has now been split to two new court room # and judge in the same FC complex.
Please let me know how I can get it clubbed back again together; in front of one judge so that matters proceed simultaneously.

You may file a transfer petition before the district/high court to transfer both the cases to one court to facilitate joint trial of the same,ask your lawyer further and proceed as per your lawyer's advise.
