Sir I have registered FIR u/s 448 , 354(a) and 506 IPC on 22-02-2024. The Investigation Officer without taking any statement from me and without any enquiry made Flase my FIR on 20-05-2024.

If a FIR registered on the basis of your complaint was not investigated properly and the police is trying to close the FIR, then the court will not close the same without notifying you and obtaining your consent.
You can strongly object it and request for further investigation by a different investigation officer.
