Read thus full post in detail at least 3 times....then only decide.... 4. Your streedhan can be recovered even by a civil/ hma suit.... 5. Maintenance and resudence you can get either by 125 crpc or a dv then why a 498..... 6.125 crpc itself would suffice all your needs.... 7.even if he remarries.....still you can get a lifelong maintenance..... 8. I know who this "Aakanksha" is (who is hiding under a dummy name)...She lives in Chennai and she is a wife of one of my "pathetic" friend ....

All her allegations are wrong and her husband had filed a "right" RCR (even though this lady is very cruel)...

Now she had gone to the extent of filing 498-A against her "pathetic" husband...

I really pray for her husband and her husband's family members to give all the strength needed to overcome this "evil" lady from all her tortures...
