in 2012 my neighbour filled a private case against me and my family in muncipal court. he intentionally filled agains us. how can i and my family defend my self in court we dont have any proof because he was mentioned dates in holidays.

Sir my neighbour is a lawyer and he had verbally abused me when one of the service provider, who had come on a visit to my home mistakenly parked his vehicle in front of his house. I asked him to behave in a civil manner on that day and didn't retalieate by abusing him back.
But after that day also he abused me and this time I shouted at him but didn't abuse him back, then he replied that he would call 100 and hand me over to police, what should I do.
Is there any legal help available.
