False judgement

For Compromised (written as living together n signed by both in joint memo) joint memo in divorce hmop ??? Note: Now the joint memo is missing in court. Judgment as follows: Set-as-side against the divorce decree s dismissed due to living together joint memo Exparte divorce decree s not dismissed (still now allowed) so he can marry anybody as per Indian act with all my jewel and property

You can make an RTI application to concerned court and seek certified copies of the said documents which you need, so that the Court being a pubic authority is duty-bound to provide the same in 30 days as they are need to maintain all the court records as per the retention scheule.

We have petitioned for copies all other copies r issued expect joint memo. Our lawyer let's give some time to search the missing joint but almost 1month over still now missing. What could be the next move??

Obtain certified copies of all orders/judgment of the case for consideration and forming an opinion, if your lawyer is unable to advise you properly.

Yes, you may apply for certified copies of all the Orders as well as daily orders. You can peruse the information available on the e-court also. What is the case number? Which court?
