False evidence

Last Month i filed RTI saying Whether IO asked to MR x to file valid bills and other valid evidence? I got reply from IO that Yes IO has asked to MR X to submit valid evidence. After that IO filed chargesheet (Criminal Complaint) without any evidence. Now in another private complaint (civil case) MR X has raised the same allegation and submitted bills and other evidence. Now My question is What action i can take on Mr X for not submitting evidence in Police Station? Can i raise questions in court that MR X has not submitted to police as it is necessary. And now after filling of chargesheet by police he is submitting false evidence in court? Kindly advice Thanks Ravindra Sonavane

An adverse inference can be drawn against that person for not depositing documents. If he did not oblige the request of P.O to submit - then he can be prosecuted for disregard of summons by the IO himself and nobdy esle.
